JSC “MTBank” is a modern commercial bank with full range of banking services for corporate and individual clients.
JSC “MTBank” was founded on the 14th of March, 1994 and became the first bank with foreign capital share in the Republic of Belarus.
At the moment MTBank has 99 offices throughout Belarus in all its geographic regions.
Statutory fund is 65 598 390 BYN.
Banking License:
License for banking activities No. 13, issued by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on February 9, 2024 to carry out the following banking operations:
· Raising of funds of individuals and legal entities to bank accounts and deposits;
· Investment of the attracted funds of individuals and legal entities into bank accounts and deposits on their own behalf and at their own expense on conditions of returnability, interest payment and maturity (including provision of loans) ;
· Opening and maintaining of bank accounts for individuals and legal entities;
· Opening and maintaining of precious metal accounts;
· Provision of settlement and cash services to individuals and legal entities, including correspondent banks;
· Carrying out currency exchange transactions;
· Purchase and sale of precious metals in the cases stipulated by the national bank;
· Attraction and placement of precious metals into deposits of individuals and legal entities;
· Issuance of bank guarantees and other operations with bank guarantees;
· Trust management of funds under a trust management agreement;
· Issuance of bank payment cards and other payment instruments requiring opening and maintaining accounts and carrying out payment operations under the payments accepted in performance of such payment instruments;
· Issuance of securities confirming the attraction of funds to deposits and their placement on accounts;
· Financing upon assignment of monetary claim (factoring);
· Provision of special premises or safety deposit boxes located therein for secure storage of documents and valuables (cash, securities, precious metals and precious stones, etc.) to individuals and legal entities;
· Settlement operations.

Special permit (license) No. 02200/5200-1246-1112 for the right to carry out professional and exchange activities in securities, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus on the basis of decision No. w/o dated October 24, 1995 for the following activities:

JSC "MTBank" is an authorized depository performing the functions of recording rights to government securities and securities of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, a depository performing functions of recording rights to corporate securities, a primary investor in the market of government bonds of the Republic of Belarus and bonds of the National Bank of the Republic Belarus.
